User Account/Webmail Interface
Message Status Icon Corresponding status icon for every message in your inbox to inform you of the action(s) taken for the email. Types of status icons include: read, unread, forwarded, and replied.
Folder Auto-Clean to enforce User Quotas Automatically cleans out old or unwanted emails in your Deleted Items and Junk folders to free up space for incoming emails.
AJAX Spell-Check Highlights all misspelled words, offers suggested spelling options, allows you to build a custom dictionary, and works intuitively with a word-processor style, inline interface.
Auto-Complete Address Fields Doteasy SmartMail remembers email addresses you have previously entered in the past and offers to auto-complete address as you type.
POP Retrieval from External Accounts Download email messages from other external accounts. You can now access and store all your emails on one account, one interface. POP Retrieval also allows connections through SSL.
Inbox Message Preview Window Preview messages in a split-screen inbox without having to open each email. Speeds up the review and handling of emails.  
RSS News Feed Integration Connect to all the feeds you need. You can add or delete the feeds you want using the RSS tree on the side navigation. This feature supports RSS, RDF and Atom feeds. Feed information can be shared between users that connect to the common news-feeds.
Import and Export Contacts Easily backup and/or transfer your contact lists from one computer to another via CSV files.
Configurable Sub Folders You can create, organize and delete most sub-folders. Certain sub-folders can also be shared.  
Rich Text Editing Choose between Rich Text or HTML format for viewing and composing your email messages.
Mailbox Content Filtering Monitor and control your mailboxes by setting levels of content filtering and disposition through your Webmail interface.  
Auto-Signature Tired of adding your signature to every email? You can now set up an automatic signature that is appended to the bottom of every email sent.
HTML Email Compatible Experience an inbox fully capable of receiving HTML based emails. All types of images, hyperlinks, and shockwave files (.swf) are accepted.
Calendaring and Tasking Keep all your important information organized. With notification schedules, tasks and recurrence rules, these features can easily replace your desktop solutions. These features are built-in to your Webmail interface, allowing you to add, modify and retrieve information without leaving your mailbox.
Plus Addressing You can now automatically filter and sort incoming mail. Great feature to handle all the newsletters and other online publications and notifications.  
Statistics Effectively manage your mailbox by viewing reports of the amount of bandwidth being used, the number of emails being sent and received and the amount of email storage space being used and/or still available.
Time Zone Time Zone is adjustable on a domain and user basis.
Email Headers The header information as well as the email’s HTML code are now accessible via the email message’s tool bar.
Shared Contacts, Calendars, Tasks and Notes Trouble-free sharing of contacts, calendar events, tasks and notes as a resource for communication and collaboration.
Global Address List Allow your users to view the Global Address List, displaying all email addresses and users at the domain-level. This adds increased functionality to the auto-complete features, speed communication and reduce the number of misdirected emails due to mis-addressed emails.  
Shared Email Folders Allow users to view and share email folders. You can set “Read and Write” or “Read Only” permissions for these folders.  
Administrative Functions
Configurable User Settings Adjust the overall settings available to all the users on your domain, including changing passwords, editing user profile, setting up auto-clean, enable/disable auto-responder, set content filters, enable/disable POP Retrieval, and managing shared resources and user groups.
Statistical Logging and Reporting Effectively manage your email users by viewing reports of the amount of bandwidth being used and the amount of email storage space being used and/or still available.
Domain Level Content Filtering Add content filters to your domain which will be applied to all user accounts within your domain.
Variable Email Boxes You can now set the email storage quota for each account at your discretion. The maximum number of email accounts that can be created remains the same (as per your web hosting service package), but you can now distribute the total email storage space between your email accounts anyway you want.
Assign Email Administrators Don’t want to deal with the hassle of administering email accounts? Delegate email administration tasks and responsibilities to someone else as you can also assign multiple email administrators. This way, let them take care of your email for you without giving out the master hosting Member ID and password.
